If your AB3 WEB hosted website appears to be "down", before you submit a ticket, please check and perform the following:

1. Confirm your internet is working/connected properly. Try to navigate to another website.
2. Ping your website: Open a command prompt and type: ping your website-name.com
3. Do a hard refresh on your website. Press and hold Control (Ctrl) and press F5 several times.
4. Perform a DNS flush: Open command prompt and type: ipconfig /flushdns
5. Make sure you typed the URL correctly.

If none of the mentioned options help, please submit a ticket.
